Image 1: Two teeth were severely decayed and had to be removed. The patient did not have enough bone to place an implant because of the proximity of the sinus.

Image 2: A sinus lift, augmentation and bone grafting was done to create a foundation, to place two implants.

Image 3: Two implants were placed with final crowns following removal of decayed teeth.
