Upper molar tooth, which was cracked and infected, was removed. Patient did not have adequate bone to place an implant because of the proximity of the sinus. A sinus lift, augmentation and bone grafting was done to create a foundation, then an implant was placed. After waiting for proper healing time, the implant will be loaded by placing a crown on it.
