Image 2: The patient's lip was repositioned and brought down slightly to show less gum. Note that the upper lip also appears fuller after the procedure without the use of any derma filler . In addition to "lip lowering" the patient also had a smile makeover including reshaping (shortening) the upper front teeth to enhance symmetry and produce a more attractive smile.
